Winter Conference Information

Greetings Mustang Families!

Winter academic conferences are almost upon us!  We will be utilizing ParentVue and Google Meets for our winter conferences, which will occur on January 20th from 3:30 to 7:00 pm and January 25th from 3:30 - 7:00pm. The window for scheduling conferences will close on Wednesday, January 19th at 8:00am.

Our winter conferences will focus on academic progress. You, your child, and your child’s teacher will participate in the conference. We are requesting you to select 1-3 teachers that you would most like to speak with to allow for maximum participation. As always, we encourage you to reach out to teachers if these dates and times do not work for you.

For this conference, you will sign up for a 5-minute time slot with 1-3 of your child’s teachers. You may sign up to meet with Core or Exploratory teachers as they will be available for scheduled conferences. Please follow these directions to schedule time with teachers using ParentVue: ParentVue Conference Tutorial . Note: you MUST use the provided web browser link; using the ParentVue app will not allow for scheduling access. The Google Meet link will be available in the ParentVue Conference tab by 3:00pm on January 20th. Please log in at the exact start time of your conference. If you don’t arrive on time, we cannot guarantee you will be able to meet with your teacher.

In addition to classroom teachers, our Student Services team will be available during conference hours. If you would like, please contact them below and schedule a time to conference.

Student Management Specialists

Student-led conferences are a very important way to engage students in understanding and taking ownership of their learning. We believe this conference structure will help us to build better communication and stronger relationships with all families. As always, we thank you for your support and partnership in your child’s education.
